Our delicious hot and cold breakfast is included in the tariff and is served in our beautiful dining room overlooking the valley and the mountains beyond.

You will be attentively waited upon and spoiled rotten whilst sharing and enjoying the company and relaxed conversation with other guests.

We ensure that our guests are well fed and get a great start to the day ahead of them on beautiful Mount Tamborine.

5 Star Dinners - 'Dinners for Eight'

When all four rooms are booked by one group we offer (on request and when pre-ordered in advance) an in-house three course dinner so you can stay in, have a few drinks and party on in your “home away from home” on Tamborine Mountain.
Cost $50.00 per head

We enjoy setting the 'scene' with a formally set table, lovely cutlery and crockery and candles to make our guests feel right at home in our spacious dining room.

We promote our local Mount Tamborine wineries and use primarily Masons Wines. We have reds, whites and sparkling wines available for our guests to sample and enjoy.

Easy In Room Dining

Arriving directly from a hard day at the office and / or a long drive and feeling tired, starving hungry and just too worn out to bother with going out to dinner? Been playing too hard all day during your stay on Tamborine Mountain and worked up a big appetite? Fret not, Richard & Cheryl can offer you a wonderful 'dine in' dinner to enjoy in the privacy and seclusion of your own room. No need to go out, no need to prepare, just relax and dine intimately and at your own leisure. p.s. No washing up either!

Some tasty, delicious, mouth-watering examples below....

Beef Rogan Josh - made with tender juicy beef, Indian spices and fresh herbs. Served with fluffy rice and accompanied by delicious Naan bread and crisp pappadams. With sweet tangy mango chutney on the side, this dish is perfect for you to enjoy in your room. This curry is not too hot.

Beef Chilli Con Carne - for that true taste of Mexico, try my beef chilli con carne. Home grown chillies help to make this dish exceptional. Lots of assorted beans add flavour and texture, served on fluffy white rice and accompanied by corn chips to dip and sour cream to cool the taste buds. This con carne will not blow your brains out but rather excite your palate. For the vegetarian I have made the same dish without the meat and it is just as tasty – it is one of our favourites.

Thai Chicken Curry - The taste of Thailand is not complete without a wonderful green chicken curry, packed with tender chicken breast fillet and green vegetables. That aroma of Thai spices, fresh chilli and fresh coriander make this an authentic dish. Served with fluffy white rice.

Spaghetti Bolognaise - If Italian food is your choice, my spaghetti bolognaise is made with fresh tomatoes, lots of fresh basil and a rich, thick sauce to coat the spaghetti cooked al dente. Topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese and accompanied with hot garlic bread, this is the perfect Friday night dish. I have a Neapolitan option made with mushrooms and capsicum just for those who prefer not to eat meat.

Beef Lasagne - A great meal to share is my lasagne for two, it is packed full of fresh herbs and lots of lovely sauce, served with a fantastic Italian salad of rocket, mint, prosciutto, shaved parmesan and grilled peaches and dressed with Australian virgin olive oil and the best Balsamic.
