Avocado Sunset Policies
ACCOMMODATION includes a full hot breakfast served between 8:00 am & 8:30 am in the dining room. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the comfort of your room/balcony upon request.

RESERVATIONS require a minimum $50.00 deposit per room, per night depending on the length of stay. A two night minimum is required for holidays and most weekends.

RATES are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice. Rates are for a double occupancy. $50.00 per extra person per night.

CANCELLATIONS must be made (7) days or more prior to reserved date for a return of deposit less a $30.00 cancellation fee, if the room is re-rented. Shorter notice will result in forfeiture/payment of the full room rate.

MASTERCARD, VISA, DEBIT cards are accepted. Sorry, we do not accept AMEX or Diners Club cards.

GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE. These can be for a cash value towards accommodation or for the full cost of one or more nights.

CHECK-IN is between 2:00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. Please advise when arriving after 6.00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT time is 10.30 a.m.
CHILDREN not recommended.
PETS cannot be accommodated.
SMOKING is not permitted within the B&B building and is confined to outside areas.
