Our Rooms

There are four luxury, comfortable and very different ‘destinations’ to experience at Avocado Sunset – your Mt Tamborine Accommodation.

Daintree Room

This magnificent room is spacious and decorated in cool tranquil colours. It has a large shower and huge double spa bath, (big enough for two!) with fantastic views from Tamborine Mountain across the valley to Mount Barney and the "Great Dividing Range" to the west.

VIEW ROOM
Mediterranean Room

This cosy room has the feel of the sunny Mediterranean. You can relax in the deep luxurious bath and indulge by sipping some of the local Mount Tamborine wine while you unwind and spoil yourself. There is a huge deck to enjoy the sun and watch the amazing bird life in the magnificent tall gum trees.

Safari Room

The Safari Room is our most popular room during the winter month. It is themed with hot colours, animal prints, log burning stove and a four poster bed complete with netting. There is a huge double spa in which you may like to share an extraordinary moment or two with that someone special in your life.

A distinctly 'eastern' ambience, our Oriental suite is exotic, vibrant and interesting. As well as the lovely bedroom this suite has its own exclusive cosy lounge with log fireplace to enable you to enjoy real privacy during your stay on Mount Tamborine. The spa looks out directly into the natural rainforest garden.

    Our stay at Avocado Sunset was nothing short of perfect. The location was stunning, the room was incredibly comfortable and the hosts were so accommodating, friendly and lovely. Breakfast every morning was delicious. You could explore the grounds which was great, and there is no shortage of little tourist spots, small shops and restaurants within 10 minutes drive. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone, it surely has to rank inside the best in Queensland. Definitely a couples only getaway. We're hoping to back inside of this year!
