Check-in is from 2pm but Guests should advise if arriving after 6pm. Late Check-in available until 8.30pm by arrangement.
Check-out is before 10.00am, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Off street car parking with night lighting is included for all guests vehicles.

When making your reservation through our website, the first nights accommodation is charged as a deposit from your credit card. When booking over the phone the first nights accommodation is charged to confirm your reservation. A two-night minimum stay is usually required for holidays and most weekends. Full payment is required on or before booking in.

Unfortunately we do not cater for babies or children, we are a couples retreat only.

MASTERCARD, VISA, DEBIT cards are accepted. Sorry, we do not accept AMEX or Diners Club cards.

CANCELLATIONS must be made seven (7) days or more prior to reserved date for a return of your deposit, less a $30.00 cancellation fee. Shorter notice will result in forfeiture/payment of the full room rate.

Gift Vouchers are available and can be for a cash value towards accommodation or for the full cost of one or more nights.
